And for established teachers looking to continue their education and gain specialized Montessori training, we offer an education stipend to support your Montessori training through the University of California Irvine. This advanced training will provide you with the tools and expertise to create an authentic Montessori environment for your students.

Our contracted speech-language and behavioral specialists also offer valuable expertise, advice, resources, and strategies to help you in and out of the classroom.

Ms. Jessy

Meet Ms. Jessy — an inspiring educator who has devoted her career to nurturing young minds. Ms. Jessy's journey with Discovery Montessori began as a Montessori lead teacher, where she quickly became known for her dynamic teaching style, warmth, and unwavering dedication to her students. As Ms. Jessy's career with us progressed, her passion for education, her inclusive and supportive leadership style, and her commitment to students made her an obvious choice for the role of assistant director, and eventually director. We're more than proud to have Ms. Jessy as a part of our team, where she guides and inspires young minds every day.

Ms. Anahy

Meet Ms. Anahy — a passionate Montessori lead teacher who began her career with Discovery Montessori as an early childhood education teacher. Ms. Anahy’s love for teaching and Montessori philosophy lead her to complete her Montessori training through the University of California Irvine with the help of our education stipend. Her experience and expertise in both early childhood education and Montessori philosophy, her compassion, and leasdership have made her an invaluable member of our team, and a beloved teacher to many students over the years.

Mr. Race

Meet Mr. Race — a former sales professional that left his career in sales to pursue his passion for teaching. He began his journey with Discovery Montessori as a floater, a teacher without any early childhood education units. With the help of our education stipend, he was able to complete his early childhood education units through Theoria Technical College, a crucial step in his career development. We’re proud to have Mr. Race as a member of our team, as his passion and dedication to early childhood education and teaching inspires students daily to reach their full potential.
