Lead Montessori Teachers
Lead Montessori Teachers are responsible for implementing a Montessori curriculum utilizing AMS, AMI or another recognized developmentally appropriate Montessori practice; organizing and managing the classroom; planning the daily curriculum; facilitating student growth in developmental, academic, and cognitive domains by promoting student participation in the learning experience and establishing strong relationships with parents, children, and staff. They also provide assistant teacher mentoring and serve as a role model.

Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Teachers
ECE Teachers assist the Lead Montessori Teacher in general supervision and management of transition periods, promoting student participation in the learning experience, and communicating positively about the children to the parents while directing all parent inquiries to the lead teacher.

Site Director
The Director is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operation of the school. The Director’s most important responsibility is to ensure that every student is supervised at all times by well-trained and qualified staff members while on school grounds. Additionally, the Director ensures the school complies with all pertinent regulations, earns the respect of peers, employees, parents, and company leaders, and must be a model of professionalism for parents, children, and staff.
